Kylie Washington is the EVP & Creative Director of Global Production in ANZ, responsible for exploit...ing BBC Studios’ extensive format catalogue and driving the creation of new intellectual property in the Australian market. Her local slate includes The Great Australian Bake Off(Foxtel/BINGE), Dancing With The Stars (Seven Network) The 1% Club (Seven Network), Ghosts (Paramount+ / Network 10), Ray Martin: The Last Goodbye (SBS), Reckless (SBS), Mastermind (SBS), The Office Australia (Amazon Prime), Return to Paradise (ABC / BBC) and Top Gear Australia (Paramount+ / Network 10). Kylie has a wealth of experience adapting international formats for the Australian and Asian markets, as well as developing and overseeing formatted factual entertainment. Her previous roles include Director of Unscripted at Matchbox Pictures where she delivered a slate of titles including Real Housewives of Melbourne and Sydney, Room 101, original format Formal Wars and original entertainment series Everyone’s A Critic, as well as setting up the Matchbox Asia business which delivered content across all of NBCU’s Channels within Asia. Prior to that, Kylie was a series producer and development producer for Active TV, working across a broad range of genres where her credits included Prank Patrol, The Amazing Race Australia and The Amazing Race Asia.

Joining at a pivotal time of growth and momentum for BBC Studios in ANZ, Robi is responsible for Content Sales, Channels and Streaming and Advertising Sales and works alongside Kylie Washington, EVP & Creative Director Global Production, BBC Studios ANZ, to jointly deliver innovative pan-business growth solutions to partners in the region.

Deb also inputs into global deals, content partnerships and co-productions on behalf of Australia and New Zealand.

Will Hamilton is the Director of Commercial and Business Operations, overseeing the strategic, comme...rcial, and operational facets of the local production business. He works closely with partners across FTA, STV, SVOD, brands, and digital platforms to maximise the value and reach of locally produced content, including its ancillary exploitation. Will began his career in the UK before relocating to Australia in 2001 and brings over 25 years of industry experience. He has held senior leadership roles including Director of Production at Fremantle and Eureka Productions, and Business Director at Seven Studios, where he worked across commissioning and internal production.
